We have been a tenant at this facility for over 5 years and the experience has been awesome. The facility manager is the best you can ever ask for. The facility itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Security is also great here. I very strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect working environment.

I have been a tenant in this building almost 4 years now. I really enjoy the level of care and customer service that Sonya and their management team bring. Sonya is always super sweet and responsive to our needs; and Martin is prompt to address any maintenance issues we have. I was referred to this building years ago and I'm glad I decided to lease a suite in this building. I do like that there is open/accessible parking for our clients to easily find parking for the building. I recommend this building if anyone is looking for a professional building with friendly and prompt management and maintenance team!
