2 years in and we're still finding poor quality issues the contractor, Benjamin Custom Modular Homes, was responsible for. Fortunately we don't run our heat often because we installed a gas fireplace, but we were away for a few weeks and our heating unit tripped the breaker. The HVAC tech said there was a 50 amp unit and 30 amp fan wired to the box with only a 50 amp wire. He got it running said it was hot. House could have burned down. Too many other issues to mention, but sitting here without heat is the icing on this cake. Do not use BCM if you buy a house from WMH.

Nice place..if your a trucker delivering here the truck gps will try to take you up 22 to a right turn on crickett something road..dont do it. Instead when your going up 22 you will see rt 55 northeast split off to the right..bear right on 55 go up on 55 and just stay on it your gps will course correct and take you to a right turn on reagans mill rd.(make a wide right turn) they are up on right side.

We were shopping around for pricing and we were told WM wouldn't give us an estimate without a deposit of 8,000. They must have really not wanted our business. Other modular companies were much more helpful. Some came out to the property. Others made communication easier by using web portals to upload our ideas as well as their pricing documentation. Most gave us rough estimates for different areas of the process as well as what they could anticipate specifically for our property. On the other hand, WM wouldn't give us straight answers. They asked for an 8,000 deposit before giving us any clear direction or cost on what they would be providing for us, and really they made no effort to work with us. Fortunately they showed their true colors early so we avoided building our home with difficult people. 2 stars instead of 1 because we toured the factory and the tour guide was informative and they have a nice warehouse... but other modular companies also have these things so it's not anything that you can't find somewhere else. Do your research and find a more helpful modular company.
