Has everything you could ask for in a gym. Standard squat racks, cable machines, wide range of dumbbells and even a heavy bag. Locker room is small but adequate and they have a studio for group classes - free with standard membership, though I have not been to any. All in all, it's the best gym in the area.

Staff are super nice, there is plenty of workout equipment and a whole upper level for cardio. Sometimes it can be fairly busy but everyone is nice and willing to share equipment and even at the busiest times its a nice place to workout
