Who are the jerks that give such negative reviews to this business? Don't you know that warranties are the Manufactures responsibility and not the dealer. Perhaps your crazy people can't take no for an answer so you blame it on someone else. You're nothing but KNUCKLEHEADS!!!!! Now on a better note...I find that Bova's Music & Train Shoppe is an extremely fine store and a great place to visit and shop. they offer only brand new products under full Manufacture warranty. I see them at many train shows and at their store location often. The owners are family oriented and have an integrity to treat and teach customers well. Never had a problem with this establishment since my relationship. They deserve your Patronage!

Been there many times and had great experiences but you say one thing about online retail, and he throws a fit like a child. Congrats you just lost another customer because your opinion is somehow the greatest thing in the world and the customer doesn't have the option to shop anywhere else but your store. I've shopped at other local stores and gotten 10x's better customer service. For anyone in this area I'd recommend Terry's Trains in Jamestown or Section 8 hobbies in Buffalo there honest stores with greater selection and much better pricing.
Bova's Music & Train Shoppe has been very instrumental in supporting the Lakeshore Model Railroad Association. Because of this business, this club would not be where we are today. Thank Your for all you do!
I'm appalled with the two reviews from CranieBoy and Tier Line Productions. I did some research on CranieBoy and found his name to be Josh Crane. As for Tier Line Productions, it not a real name company on YouTube. And for you Corey Appleby, don't you know that Warranties are the Manufactures responsibility...Jerk...what a stupid nut you are. I've had the privileged to speak with the owners and shop Bova's Music & Train Shoppe. They are nothing shy of being the most considerate humble folks I know. I've seen them at Train Shows and they have been announced by promoters as the most presentable train store in show. So what I can't figure out is this... CranieBoy & Tier Line Productions just don't seem appreciate good quality, respectful and lively folks Bova's Music & Train Shoppe are. I recommend Bova's Music & Train Shoppe HIGHLY and again I say HIGHLY for anyone who wants good old fashioned home town service and personality. Their service to all communities deserves your visit and see for yourselves those two reviews are nothing but ridiculous lies, fake and wicked evil fabrication which in fact will hurt CranieBoy & Tier Line Productions eventually. And again for Corey Appleby, you write too many reviews for your own good. Get with it creep!
Over Priced and the owner is Rude and has an uncontrollable temper. Points his fingers at others and says they are the problem but refuses to take a look in the mirror.
