This business CHARGES 3-1/2% EXTRA on a DEPOSIT TO HOLD ITEM THAT THEY HAD MULTIPLE ITEMS IN STOCK FOR 2 DAYS AS I COULD NOT GET OUT OF WORK UNTIL AFTER THEY CLOSE, AND 7.95 UNDISCLOSED CHARGE TO PUT 1 QUART OF NON ETHANOL 4 STROKE GAS IN A VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE BRAND NEW ITEM. VERY PETTY AND USEROUS AS A BUSINESS POLICY. On the positive side, the staff seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and they had in stock multiple quantities of the exact item I wanted. The dealer set up of the new item was done fine except one important item.

Purchased a snowblower from them yesterday in the middle of a snowstorm. They had snowblowers in stock when no one else did. The whole process took 20 mins and they delivered it to my house within a few hours in the middle of the storm. Exceeded my expectations! Good luck getting this kind of service from Home Depot or Lowes, they tell you blower is delayed 3 months due to covid. Glad to support small business!
