Today I went to get a facial at On The Side Spa and had a fantastic experience! I was so excited to get my first facial since before COVID. I booked an appointment with On The Side Spa and it was seamless, and I loved all of the safety protocols they took. The environment is pristine and relaxing and the staff was very accommodating. Ana was my aesthetician and she was fabulous! She took the her time and asked me questions about my skin type, water intake, lifestyle, etc. Then proceeded to give me a fantastic facial. I left feeling relaxed and my skin was glowing. I will definitely be back to see Ana!

On the Side is top notch. I felt safe through all the procedures (during this COVID-19 time period) and was able to relax and enjoy!
Beautiful environment, excellent service. My massage with Fabianna was very relaxing. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because before, after- and during- my massage, other staff members were audibly chattering away in an adjacent area- loudly and rather inappropriately, despite the signs for guests in the waiting area that asks speak quietly.
I highly recommend the Tranquil Tea and Honey Hydration Facial. My skin looks so refreshed and hydrated. I hope they add this facial to their services.
Jessica is the facial guru and I won’t go to anyone else! I’ve referred friends who also feel the same way. She creates a truly relaxing environment and is extremely knowledgeable in all things skin related. I have seen a very visible improvement in my skin since I started getting facials with Jessica. In addition, any staff that I have interacted with at OTS has been so lovely and helpful ️
