I've been twice and I really enjoyed the charcuterie selection as well as the wine. Presentation is great and the atmosphere in summer or winter is great. The big let down was this past time when I came in for an igloo reservation for my partner's birthday. The waitress checked our ID's and even made a comment about my partner's birthday. We were checked on no more than 4 times within the two hours - and the waitress didn't ask the other two people for their order after joining us. There was about 45 minutes to an hour of time that we weren't ever checked on (in the middle of the 2 hours). They weren't very busy at all (a Monday mid-afternoon) so it was pretty frustrating. At one point I had to go inside and ask for my drink because it had been 10-15 minutes and it was a seltzer. All in all - we would've spent even more money there but we didn't even get the chance to do so, unfortunately. We haven't gone out to eat much at all during the pandemic and wanted to have a special day together. The igloo idea was the only thing we were comfortable with and we were excited it was at such a beautiful local establishment. My first visit there over the summer was great - the whole back property filled with people and dogs. Service was actually really great, though the setup was a bit different. I would honestly rate my first visit at 4 stars easily. I truly enjoy the products and the atmosphere here. The service this past visit was just really hard to look past. If there was some sort of notification system to let them know while you're isolated in your groups on the back patio - I think there would be much less of an issue.

Wine was pretty good as was the pizza. However, walking into any establishment and not being greeted by about 5 employees makes anyone not want to return. At least 5 employees stood and stared my down behind the bar. No one asked if I needed help finding my party or to be seated- just watched me walk all the way to the patio, then let myself out to the igloo area where the rest of my party was. Our server was great as well as the guy that brought us our pizza. Unfortunately they're not enough to bring me back to spend any money here.
This place does get busy over the weekends. But, don’t worry, there’s plenty of space to spread out. Do bring some folding chairs if you can, because the available seating does get scooped up pretty quickly. There are also some fire pits you can rent that are relatively inexpensive, if you come with a group of friends.
Poor customer service. My igloo reservation was cancelled due to the weather, which I completely understand. They are issuing refunds, but were not open to helping me book another reservation. The woman I spoke with was rude and seemed irritated by my questions. This was a Valentine's gift that I was really looking forward to for my fiancé. Even a simple request to be notified when they have new available dates was denied. I doubt cancellations happen often, so I'm mostly sharing my experience to reflect on their customer treatment. *2/17/2021 Update Amber gave me a call (I believe she is a manager) and provided WAY more help. She informed me that they were extending their igloo season and allowed me to book before she made a public announcement. Reschdueling is all I was hoping for, so thank you so much Amber! I really look forward to the experience!
I am surprised to read the other reviews. I know I was there at the right place, but I never saw any food, or entertainment or anything like that as in the other reviews. I only saw some wine for sale. Had I known, we probably would have sat down to eat and have some wine, but I was never offered it or told about it. It was abt 67 degrees (unseasonably warm for November) but a maybe I was there at an off time. I came upon the winery by google maps as was looking for the Kroger on Google maps (we were traveling). When I saw the Urban Vines Winery on the map, I decided to stop as it was on the same street. Upon arrival I mentioned I was never there before and wondering what was here. I was shown the variety of wine for sale and bought 2 bottles which were reasonably priced. I am glad I visited, but had I known would have eaten (had 2 others in the car), or would have come back later if necessary.
