We have used Ekaru for our IT needs for many years. Ekaru is very responsive and reliable. They always answer their phones and return calls if messages are left. As a medical office they always understand the need to have the IT up and running. They do everything from in office maintenance, setting up new workstations, and purchasing of equipment to behind the scene maintenance. We have never had any issues with Ekaru. I highly recommend them.

They offer excellent customer service. Whenever we have any computer related issues we can call and they always have someone available to assist with the problem. The staff at Ekaru are both professional, and patient. They will walk you through any IT issue. They understand that not everyone is an IT specialist. Communication back and forth is effective. They don't close a case until the client agrees it is closed. I am glad we have Ekaru to help us with our IT!
