The owner watches over my boat and storage unit as if it where his own. The office manager (Mandy) goes over and beyond with customer service, invoicing and properly applying my payments in a timely manner. The security at the facility is second to none. I have never used a storage facility that comes close to the exceptional customer service and great attitudes that the owner and Mandy has shown since renting my first unit a few years ago. A note to the 2 star hater down below. I was with them during the time you are referring to. The grass you referred to was for the cows in the back pasture. All the trash you mentioned was the leftovers that your wife let you have when she kicked you out that weekend. I stood there at my boat in disbelief as you left the facility such a mess. Slum lords, lol, these slum lords can continue watching over my 100k boat till the day I sell it. Actually all the slum left 7 years ago.

We had a climate controlled and a regular unit here for over a year. The property was always well maintained and secure. The staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. They are also a UHaul dealership and we have rented multiple trailers from them and always received excellent service.

Moved our stuff into their storage when we moved to Florida and couldn’t be happier with the hospitality we’ve received. The owner and other lady who works there are such Nice people and very understanding. You’ll be happy you stored your stuff here

Horrible. These people are slum lords. They do not take care of their properties at all. Nothing like grass growing 3 feet tall and trash all over the place for weeks and months on end to bring down a neighborhood quick.
