Bought a 2021 C300 here. Had 9k miles on it.Their service loaner. Went in for 10k service and advised need rear tires. I put 10k miles on the car. They did not replace the rear tires when I purchased but they DID replace the fronts... Having to replace tires after 10 k miles is bad business guys. You could have used your customer service skills and at the very least paid HALF! Used car mgr is a douche bag. I’ve been in this industry for 12 years and would have been happy to find a solution equitable for all involved. ZERO CARE AFTER SALE. Will never do business here again. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
