I am not happy with the treatment I just received. I feel discriminated against. We set an appointment to tour an apartment. When we arrived at our scheduled time, we were told they have no record of our appointment. When we were asked what size we were looking for, I stated a one bedroom, she comments the only 2-bedroom they have available to tour is on the second floor. I reminded her we wanted a 1-bedroom. She said oh ya. Well it’s a one-bedroom. Then when asked if they would have an apartment available on our move-in date, she did not hesitate to say no. When I called to make the appointment earlier, I was told they had a few available. So here’s my take-away. My mother is older and clearly would have trouble with stairs. So, the woman, who did not want to tell us her name and mysteriously had no idea we were not coming, did not want our sort living here. I make more than enough money to pay the bills on time.

worst apartments ever please no one ever rent from here. When i first moved in there was rat droppings, roach and ants everywhere. They said they conducted a walk through before i moved in but the place was still dirty the stove/ oven and the washer and dryer do not work at all. Please never live here worst experience

I actually love living here, but it does have it's share of problems. When I first moved in a year ago, there was a pretty good staff. The maintenance team and Jovie is pretty much the only thing the same, and they are great. The complex has a lot of potential with the right leadership and they must be stable, 3 managers within the year that I have been here. The ducks are cool, but all of the stool left in the pool from them makes it theirs (they must go, they pay no rent. I want to swim in the pool). People leaving trash and not taking pride brings it down. But no place is perfect and with this new manager and good people this place can be a 5 star. I'm sticking around and will do my part because I believe it's worth it.

Jovi assisted me and was beyond helpful, kind and patient. She even went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my move in & rates . Her diligence is definitely shown highly. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Melissa has been great. Complex has some issues but seems like they are trying to take care of it.
