My mom and I both got dermaplaning treatments today with Jordan and Jackie - both ladies were extremely warm and welcoming! I have never had a facial before, but Jordan put my worries to ease and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. Both ladies also gave us great recommendations for products and skin care tips. The staff’s COVID precautions were very well established and we felt completely safe the entire time. Highly recommend both Jordan and Jackie for anything you might want or need!

I purchased a Groupon for a collagen Dermaplane session at Westlake Plastic Surgery. There are so many restrictions with covid-19 that the entire experience was stressful. First you must complete several forms then call when you arrive and wait in your vehicle until it’s safe to come up. There were 3 ladies waiting in the office when I arrived, no other customers, and everyone wearing masks. You are then asked to wash your hands before they take you to your room. I was told to remain fully clothed but was allowed to remove my sandals and could lay on top or under the covers. The Dermaplane was quick and painless. No cleansing of the skin prior of after then a gooey collagen mask was applied to my face and vigorously massaged in for 5 minutes leaving the “goo” in my eyes and mouth. The lights were turned off and I was left laying in the dark for 15 minutes. The “goo” was then wiped off my face, again, no cleansing, no warm wash cloth to remove the “goo”, but another product that I was told is spf to prevent sun damage was applied on top of the “goo” leaving a thick sticky substance on my face. Once arrived home I couldn’t wait to remove the products from my face and stop the itching it caused. I would NEVER recommend going to Westlake Plastic Surgery at Crocker Park for any procedure.

Just got home from receiving 100 worth of free Botox for my birthday from Kristen. Kristen is very professional and always makes me feel very safe and comfortable receiving Botox. I go to a few different medspas in the area for various services, but I will keep coming back here for Botox because I am confident that they know what they are doing and will not make any mistakes.
