Great! I was impressed to learn an appointment reminder was sent to the calendar on my phone. Then I only waited outside the building less than 10 minutes before my appointment when I was greeted to go inside. I had signed up for multiple services (including new driver license, title transfer, registration, etc.). I only waited about 5 minutes in line. Then when called to the desk, it only took about 15 minutes for the agent to complete all my requests. Very well done.
Go to the website AT 8am OR Noon if you NEED an appointment the next day or so. If not, you may have to wait a few months. Service is very professional today.
