Please Beware Of The General Manager (Kevin) At The Westminster Location. My Elderly Mother Asked For His Help Locating A Mattress Pad and Kevin Proceeded To Call Her Blind Because She Couldn’t Locate It. Not Only Is Making Fun Of Elderly People Completely Unacceptable, Kevin Actually Runs This Store. Imagine What This Guy Is Teaching His Employees Regarding Customer Service! Yikes! I Thought Bed Bath & Beyond Had A Corporate Policy Against Using Known Handicaps or Disabilities As A Method To Belittle Customers or Employees? If Corporate Only Knew How Their General Manager Was Breaking Company Policy, I Wonder How Long They Would Keep Kevin Around?

A ghost town of a store. I guess only halfway stocking the store is what they do now. I think they are closing. Someone REALLY needs to clean the bathrooms. If covid is here that's where you'll get it.

First time here, nice big place! Lots of products in the store, found what I needed right away.
The only thing I don't like about this place is there air conditioning is usually not that great. I really love the store so much that I consider it dangerous because it is so easy to spend too much money there. They have something for just about any type of need. The functionality of our house is significantly improved because we were able to purchase items that increased the efficiency of space used.
