Great job. Walter the tech, was very knowledgeable and a very nice person. Carroll water did service my water system and install a new RO drinking water system too. Great price and customer service.

This was my first interaction needing an acid neutralizer re-bed and refresh so I called around for quotes. I figured this type of service to be a pretty regular occurrence and pricing to be easy to quote. 250-300 okay great! When it came time to pay it was over 120 higher than the top margin on the quote. When I called to dispute before paying they said oh, we forgot labor sorry, we can't help. How do you forget an hour of labor? I will be going with my quote from Atlantic Blue next time. I must say the service guys however were very nice and accommodating while I worked on this issue and did a great job with their work. EDIT- A few hours later I received a call-back from Carroll Water extending a refund to return the cost down to their original quote window and apologized. I really appreciate this kind of professional response. Thanks again Carroll Water! 4-stars

This company is professional, not pushy and our water tastes amazing! Now when we drink tap water in other places, we can taste the chlorine. I was impressed with the person that visited and tested our water. He was very knowledgeable and explained the results quite easily. Unlike cable companies and other companies, he was willing to meet with us after work. I recommended this company to a few people-totally worth it for our family. No more Brita water! We have had this water for about a year now.

We have been very disappointed since spending 10000 on the R/O system installed. We have had to spend thousands over the original price. We think and have been told this system is not big enough for our home. Look at our review on Yelp for details. I’ll repost later. They don’t correct the mistakes they make or ever follow up to check on customer satisfaction. The techs are very good for the most part but don’t expect anything once you sign that check. We have only used their techs since we first bought the system - not that it has helped much as they don’t stand behind their products at least not so far. We never write bad reviews - this is the first but this is so much money for so little. Buyer beware!
