The ladies who were working while I visited this shop yesterday were very sweet. I got my ears pierced and they took extra care to keep me and themsleves safe during these times. They made it a fun visit and I enjoyed cracking jokes with them. The worker also helped recommend earrings for me as I have a sensitivity to the cheaper metals. The store was kept noce and tidy on top of that. It was an overall great visit.

They almost never have the accessories I'm on the hunt for. In fact, a lot of the store doesn't even seem to be accessories anymore? They have a lot of toys and Home Goods things now. Also, don't get your ears pierced at Claire's. I had mine pierced there many years ago in the left ear never healed properly.

Claire's is great brand, just not at this location. I bought a friend gifts and she didn't like it, so she went there and return it. They said it was \final sale\ and the item could not be returned or exchanged even though the receipt said otherwise. It's not a pleasant experience to trick customer like that. Would not recommend to visit here.
