I just want to say thank you to Service Writer Emilio Valdez for the great service we received. He was very patient while I explained my issues to him. He has a very good and well rounded knowledge of RVs in general. He answered all of my questions. He made us feel comfortable during the whole process and was very professional. He returned our calls in a reasonable time frame and had our RV ready for us to pick up “on time”.

can they fix your trailer/RV yes, Can they do it in a timely manner NO!, when you call and make an appointment one would assume they would start to work on your trailer when you bring it in??? NOPE, did not even look at my trailer for 5 days then had to order parts. I was leaving on a 7000 mile road trip. I made a appointment for a reason, If I wanted to stand in line, I would have just doped it off, 2 weeks earlier when I made the appointment. they did end up getting it done the day before I left on my trip. did not leave a lot of time for packing for that long of a trip

The entire process from Sales to delivery was awesome our sales representative Michael Luna was a very professional consultant, he listened to all of our needs showed us exactly what we needed made the deal happen. He was not like the typical pushy sales people you meet with shopping for an RV or automobile that drive you crazy with lots of stress and frustration. We are very very happy with all the care, support and recommended ideas.

What a great experience. Phil helped me over the phone and invited me in. No haggling no nonsense. Just a great unit at a great price with excellent service. Ruben was thorough during our orientation and helped us with some tips for our new RV. Big thumbs up to Mike in finance as well.
