Ordered 25 count munchkins for the office, asked for an assortment of the 4 flavors they had and she gave me almost all of the two flavors that were closest to her. When I pointed out that she missed one flavor completely she gave me a look and replaced 5 of them. Them grabbed the donut I asked for sideways and stuffed it in a bag, wiping nearly all the icing off. Through the whole transaction she didn't speak one word to me.

Haven't been to this Dunkin' in a long time, and several years ago I never really had a \great\ experience. That has since changed. The young man taking the orders was cheerful and \silly\ and was a welcomed laugh to my day. The nice young lady at the window was very pleasant, and gave me some treats for my pup. Coffee was great, as well! Good experience. :)
I just called the store to ask if they were open on the inside. The man that answered said yes, we’re open on the inside. I pull up and the door is locked. Scott came out and says they’re closed and are only doing drive through. Why would you be telling customers that your lobby is open?
Busy-ness depends on what time you go. Can wait up to 45 mins in drive thru sometimes because of the line. Westminster needs 1 or 2 more locations.
This Dunkin Donuts is a very busy location in Westminster MD. They do a very good job at getting people in and out. Most of the staff I recognize when I go there so they do good at keeping turnover down. Sometimes the drive thru line gets backed up all the way to Friendly’s but the line moves quick. This is the only place in Westminster where i would get into that long of a line knowing that it will not be long until my order is taken and processed.
