Roberto and his team were exceptional. Roberto is very professional, patient and honest. He helped us find the best vehicle for our needs. His approach was very relaxed. We did not feel rushed nor pressured. He was able to answer all of our questions without any doubt or hesitation. It was overall a very smooth process. On Saturday I purchased my first new car here. They were very helpful. Ken B. did a great job explaining what the vehicle can do and what finance options worked for my situation. All around great experience.
Do not recommend. Very unprofessional. They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to fixing a problem they will give you the roundabout. I had an issue while under warranty, told them since day one - my warranty expired 2-3 years later and of course they never fixed it. My family and I have recommended a handful of friends and family prior to this incident - we no longer recommend or take our vehicles for service at this location.
