We had a big job for them to handle - about 40 locks to rekey in and about 4 buildings on our campus. Some of our locks were 50 years' old and required maintenance or replacement. This extra service was done without added cost. I called them back to deal with a minor issue; and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
