Always amazing deals here something like buy 3 get 3 free and the things that they have in there are so cute how could you not buy at least 3 items and find another 3 items that you would totally just fall in love with. The staff there has always greeted me and has been always so helpful when I'm in there shipping!

We went to get my daughter's ears pierced and, honestly, we were actually on our way to the piercing pagoda right outside the store when we saw a woman with a big hat piercing a girl's ears right in the window of Icing. I could tell just by looking at the woman doing the piercing that she had a better vibe than the two women at piercing pagoda so we went there instead. I had a very nervous 8 year old. She had already had her ears pierced before with a piercing gun and it never quite healed so I wasn't really thrilled about doing it again, even at a different place. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who pierced her ears (Katherine) was SOOO welcoming and spent at least 15 minutes talking to my daughter and encouraging her that my daughter felt comfortable. Right off the bat, Katherine talked to my daughter like a fun friend. She even recognized the plush animal she had taken with her. Anyway, long story short, this woman was amazing. She said and did so many things just to make my daughter laugh and ease her nerves. Yes my daughter did cry a little right before but it was so quick and nearly painless. Very satisfied. Would recommend for any parents taking their kids to get pierced ears.
