Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with, after paying off a debt I was completely unaware of Rodney the owner sent a letter to my Dr stating I declined to work with the office to pay anything back and the Dr has now removed me from their practice. In my opinion this is fraud and just another way for a business to keep a client happy without having to work. Rodney is a joke and probably just skims money off the top of his clients. Will be informing the department of consumer affairs and every other department about the fraud taking place.

Has to be one of the absolute worst businesses I have ever dealt with, called in to deal with a bill that was never sent to me. The collection agency that Rodney the incompetent owner sent it to had an incorrect address, Rodney had an even more incorrect address. Somehow this was all my fault and he told me since it's been a year I need to \suck it up\. I don't know if he understands how things work in either the medical world or an office setting. Further, I believe that he is either fraudulently scamming both patients and/or Dr. For higher costs and needs to be investigated by the department of consumer affairs. I have personally made a phone call to and investigation team I know, however I was told the more people that call in or see this and call in, will prompt them to start a further/deeper investigation Scamming makes me sick, you should see the car he drives and the house he lives in.... sickening

I have found this billing company very professional and always welling to help with any questions I have regarding my office visits with my doctor. When you call the office someone is always available. 2 years ago my insurance policy changed I have to check my narrow network to make sure my doctor's are in my network so this way I am not surprised by any medical bills. When my policy changed 2 years ago Orange County Medical Billing was able to insure me that my physician was in network. The billing office as a whole has been great.

I as a client have recently found that Rodney the owner has been sending notifying me of bill non payment when in fact the bill has been paid. I recently had a customer sent to collections for 60 dollars who has a record of a paid account, however Rodney the owner for whatever reason notified me of an unwillingness to pay or set up arrangements when in fact the customer told me they tried to pay partial and then ended up just paying full amount before being removed from practice. I don't know what the reason for the owner Rodney vindictiveness is but to take it out on someone else's customers is nowhere near his place and 100% unprofessional. Will be removing him, and sending the same letter he had me send to what could be lifetime clients with health issues they now have to go find someone to start all over with..... Again very unprofessional and shows lack of care for anything but money....money for Rodney. BBB D-
