I absolutely love this place! I had a great experience from the staff, a girl named Madison made it a great experience! However the prices are a bit high, their products are up to date and at high quality! This place is even better than party city! Definitely a place to look for party stuff and costumes!

I’ve known of this place for a while but have never actually been in to see what they have until today. I don’t remember the names of the ladies who helped me, but they were so nice and patient with me (I’m very indecisive). Prices are slightly better than PartCity, and they have some really great stuff. And I have a new “go to” place for my party needs.

The customer service was great! They knew where everything was located in the store, they let me shop when they were closing for the day. All the employees were happy and polite.

They have such a great selection and the staff is always super helpful. I have two young boys and they're always very patient and understanding. One time they even gave them a couple of balloons and totally made their day. Laura, one of the managers is always a delight to work with.
