So I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Fiergang. An occupational therapist told us that our seven-year-old son needed glasses and vision therapy. They referred us to an older local optometrist who apparently runs quite the scam putting people in prism glasses and causing problems that then require other procedures. Dr. Fiergang did a very thorough exam and put our minds at ease that our son is fine. He may squint a little bit but he saved us thousands of dollars and years of problems I am sure. The office was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. Can I give them six stars?

Absolutely love Dr. Fiergang! My daughters vision has improved from 20/80 to 20/40 with his guidance. Offer a wide selection of children’s glasses including Dilli Dalli. Friendly staff. Never have issues getting or changing an appointment. I’m so glad we picked this practice!

Ordered glasses for my daughter, never got a call when they were ready, called back in two weeks and they were still not ready.. it’s been a month , trying to get in touch with someone to figure out what is taking so long and no help.. It was better before.. now it’s a mass. I like doctors but otherwise is too busy and not organized.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful the medical team is. Everyone we have interacted with really gets kids and how to talk to parents. I had to nurse my infant while the Dr gave me instructions on my 5 yr old and he didn’t mind at all just respectfully looked in a different direction. The waiting room is drab and the tv is never on. They are only at the Westminster office on Wednesdays so its not a very “homey” office and other doctors make use of the space as well so it is a little chaotic and crowded. But the doctors are worth it.

Horrible practice.. been calling everyday for a week just to schedule an apt. No one ever answered the phone no one ever called me back. Don't even try and use them. You just get voice mail
