This place is a scam! If I could give this place a no star at all, I would. I went in for training for my first day and the lady dawn or whatever her name was, was being extremely rude after I told her I couldn’t work certain days. When I applied for the job, I was told by one of the manager in the management that the days I couldn’t work, I didn’t have to and I could work their latest morning shift which was 11 am. But on the other hand, dawn kept telling me different. She kept saying rudely that we had to work the mandatory days they give us and we had to pick a time except mornings to work on those mandatory days. She didn’t let me work the shift that I told the other manager about and didn’t let me get the days that I couldn’t work off. Everybody that was in training with me seem confused too. (Guessing they didn’t know too that we had to work the mandatory days and hours that were given since they were saying we can make up our own schedules). As I was talking about the situation with her after, I was given really dirty looks and was talked down upon by her just cause I couldn’t work certain days and told her what the other manager told me. She acted oddly rude and started talking **** about the manager I was on the phone with. She was careless and very disrespectful. The management here was really off. It might seem laid back and all from reviews but the upper management didn’t seem to care about the employees at all. Had such a very bad experience here! Never going back here again.

I don't know how anybody in their right mind can give this company a good review. I had a terrible work experience out of the Westminister, Co. office. My job was political surveys, which I was very good at. The first week on the job was fine, but the following week had gaps. By gaps I mean- days with no work or hours being reduced with no explanation. The pay is an unlivable minimum wage with no incentive. Most of the agents don't even bother to make calls. The ones who do their job get harrassed all the time by supervisors!

This is the best place I have ever worked at! The boss is a very nice lady; they pay is great and it’s a very fun work experience! You also get hired pretty much right on the spot! Great area of down town to work in also! Come in ASAP!

Signia is a great place to work. Motivating managers and good base pay. Plus you have an opportunity to make a lot extra in commission if you are hardworking and willing to put in the effort and invest in yourself. Good work environment and a very nice, newly renovated location. Overall I would definitely recommend Signia for someone looking for a great employer and an amazing opportunity to make good money.

As an employee, I must say that the job is very meaningful with a fulfilling cause that makes a significant difference. Rene Gaunt manages the sizable operation at a level of excellence with a host of experience. The support team is effective and resourceful. The work place is kept clean and tidy which keeps the flow of positive professional energy. I recommend Signia Marketing as a wonderful place to work. Go Signia!
