Okay... a little long but worth the read... This place is amazing. Literally, your home away from home. But much cleaner, better atmosphere and with super sweet people. Jack and Sally are the kind of people you want to take home and call your family. When I got there, I noticed that Solice is not right on the road (whew!). Sally greeted me at the door with a sweet smile and warm welcome. She showed me around and gave me the option of rooms I could come from. Solice: clean, unique, comfortable, affordable. The rooms had new bedding and SOFT sheets. I kid you not. Bathroom (jack and jill style for the room I selected) was huge and very very spacious. Bathroom linens were cozy large enough for my big rear end and clean. Did I mention how clean this place is??? While there was no tv in my room, I am not complaining! One of the reasons why I chose it actually. Solice does have wifi even though I didn't use it. Breakfast...: If you go to Solice and do not partake in your breakfast... you're an idiot. Sally made me French toast with bacon, fresh fruit and orange juice. Let's just say... I want more lol. Amazing. Grounds: Jack and Sally built this place 9 years ago. There was an old farm style home before. They repurposed some of the flooring from the original to the foyer and dining room. Butler pantry stocks snacks, teas and coffee. Rooms are upstairs. There are 2 horses (ask about their retirement before being adopted) and 3 goats. If you're still reading this... why? Book the room and get it before I come back and take a room again myself. While they are local for me... I'm looking forward to going back again! Then go to Dennys and ask to be seated in Patrick's area. You'll be glad you did.

This bed and breakfast is just absolutely perfect. The setting is beautiful, the accommodations are extremely comfortable, and the owners are so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Solace to all, you truly will not regret choosing to stay here
This was truly a lovely place. Everything about it was just right, from the lovely setting, to the congenial proprietors, terrific bed, delicious breakfast, and warm ambience. We are definitely returning
