Greetings. We came here so the kids can disconnect from device's. We all had a great time. The time we came it seemed rather crowded but not too much. The atmosphere was fun and comfortable. The music was great too. Everyone seemed to be having fun as well. We liked the jousting beam. The facility seems clean although the restroom had no paper towels. The cafe was open and serving yummy food. Will come again and do recommend. Thanks for taking the time to read this review and have a great day.

My 2year old had so much fun. We'll definitely be returning in the near future
We used to love this place - we used to be members! I was incredibly disappointed when we were there earlier this month and masks were not enforced or worn by adult customers. We complained and the staff informed us that management has instructed them not to enforce mask wearing. An abundance of customers, both kids over the age of 10 and adults, were NOT wearing masks. However, the staff that we saw were. They allowed eating in the open space, too. We were told since they are a gym, it's allowed. This was while the county was still at level red.
What a fantastic place for the kids (and parents, too!) Plenty of stuff to do for our two boys ages 5 and 9. In-house food is a major plus. Lots of places for parents to hang out, including the nice touch of multiple outlets for charging and laptops. Will definitely be adding Urban Air at the top of the list of kiddo activity ideas!
Kids had a blast! Came here for my niece's birthday and now my son wants to go back for his birthday later this month. Have lots of different stuff for the kids to do and they stayed occupied the whole time!
