Purchased an item online and called the store, a young man took my number and let me know that someone would call me back that same day. Few hours later Kelly called me, she is awesome and has great customer service skills. Unfortunately they did not have the skates I wanted in stock and she helped me over the phone find a pair that was available and shopped them out that same day(bless her soul). Would def recommend USA Skates to all skaters. Their prices are decent compared to other websites I've been on.

Avoid doing business with USA Skates, Westminster CA. I purchased new skate plates @ 164.99 and was charged 100 for mounting! Skates received and 1 plate was defective. Very difficult trying to resolve with Bruce, who would not provide a return shipping label (although their website said they would for any incorrect or defective item). I had to find another business, to purchase another new plate.
