This dealership always takes car of me and my RS3. They listen to my question and I feel like my needs are met with every consultation. Peter was a great guy to deal with, engaging and enthusiastic. I am confident in the services performed, and recommend Audi Westmont.

The car was missing the cross bars and the owners manual. They basically told me\ tough luck\ and refused to get me the roof rack that was advertised with the vehicle. They also tried to force me into a higher rate then what I was approved. I had to fight with them for hours to get the rate corrected. All they wanted to do is rip me off!!!! Once they get your money they will not return your calls! Run from this dealership! See the picture below where it clearly states cross bars included. I even found the cross bar manual and wrench in the glove box. But they still refused to give me the advertised cross bars.
I had a good experience. My check-in was great! The car was ready at the time they said it would be. My check-out was not so great. There was no one at the front desk where I checked in. I guess they had left for the day. So another lady had to look for my paperwork and read through it to see if I owed anything. There was a lady checked out someone else but she never looked up to acknowledge that I had been standing there for a while. I then grabbed someone else to ask if she could help. They probably would have received 5 stars but the wait at the end was not so good.
I always like taking my car to Audi Westmont. They are courteous & respectful of your needs. They explain everything. They even tell you if you don’t need the service at the time. I have never been dissatisfied with them.
I had a great experience purchasing my 2019 Acura MDX at Audi Westmont, due to William Calderon who made the whole process seamless. He worked around my meeting schedule and gave me a place to conduct a few while purchasing the car. I love the car and the experience.
