Oil change
I needed an oil change last weekend. The first few places (not Jiffy Lube) I stopped at most employees were not wearing masks. Frustrated, I started looking for a new oil change spot that actually bothers wearing masks. It seems like a basic thing we should all be doing at this point, especially as a business serving many customers. I stopped by this Jiffy Lube and the entire staff was actually wearing masks, and they had excellent protocol around dealing with COVID. On top of that, the staff was very courteous and professional. Excellent service at a decent price. It is commendable that Jiffy Lube takes these protocols seriously. Thank you!

Went here this past Sunday to see why my check engine light was on, and get my tire pressure checked. Matt and his team told me how to fix my check engine light, and it worked.... Just tighten my gas cap!!! My tire pressure light was also on, so the techs that work there also filled my tires up to the recommended psi. Great customer service, and I was in and out in no time! Will return again!
I stopped because I was in need of an oil change while on a cross-country Drive. The whole experience was positive. I received a professional greeting, an explanation of services available and a description of the current service procedure due to covid-19. I arrive late on a hot Saturday afternoon, but received friendly, prompt and Professional Service. I could not be more pleased.
