I just would like to say since I have moved here in August 2020 it has been nothing but a breath of fresh air . Lisa & Sam are the best especially since the complex only has three towers , they have always made me feel like family. Armando and the maintenance crew are on top of everything from the top of the building to the foundation making sure everything always has curb appeal. This was the best choice I could have made to call home for my family . I love my kitchen view which over looks the pond and my bedroom & balcony allows me to be able to look at my grandkids play at the park or on the tennis court . My neighbors are very quiet and respectful . Even though the laundry room only has two washers and two dryers on every floor , there is never a issue when you need to do laundry. I sure will be glad when Covid is over and hopefully the office will have a meet and greet or some type of outing since we have been on Covid restriction since 3/2020.

I have lived in several different apartment complexes, and so far this one is pretty great. Pros: - Very quick response to maintenance requests (even for a trivial, non-urgent request) - Friendly leasing center staff. Christina the building manager is very helpful. - They do a walk through with you prior to move in to see if your new home is up to standards, point out a few tips for living there, and answer any questions you may have. - Easy to use online resident portal for rent payments & maintenance requests (& no fees for paying rent online through a linked bank account) - Beautiful sunsets over the pond Less awesome things: - They have a very cool Luxer One package acceptance system (but it costs 50 a year if you opt in to use it) - You can hear your neighbors (& their pets) when they are yelling or talking at high volume. - Utilities & parking are an additional fee rather than included in rent (but of course, you know that before signing a lease)

We moved in May 2020 and honestly, have never been happier!! We live in a very quiet \wing\ and all our neighbors are quiet, very friendly when we see them in the hallways and outdoors. Great area for running and walking. You feel safe throughout the neighborhoods!! The view from our balcony is the envy of friends in other states!! We hope to be hear for a long time!!! Lisa and Sam answer emails and calls and the maintenance guys are right on fixing things efficiently and right the first time!! Who would ever want to live anywhere else!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My experience was to long to post! But if you’re a Minority, which I am and a healthcare professional/essential worker, PLEASE look elsewhere! Property Management Staff VERY unprofessional and extremely condescending towards Minorities!! Wish I could post my entire experience and you’d see for yourself! So to add insult to injury they (property manager Samantha i’m sure) lied in their response (typical) and I have a paper print out from the leasing agent ALONG WITH emails stating what apartment I wanted which is the apartment that was given away to someone else after putting me through two weeks of scrutiny! No worries though I’ll handle this the legal way.

The application process is a nightmare. The women who show the apartments and answer phone calls never answer questions in a timely manner. I asked multiple questions and never received forthcoming answers. I am still awaiting a response from an email on November 13th and a phone call from November 16th. They just wanted the application money and never answer their phones during business hours. It’s always phone tag. They charge ridiculous fees on top of everything as well. I will definitely not be living here.
