This clinic is by far the WORST place you could possibly go to be treated. The nurses lack compassion and the people skills to even work at a fast food restaurant. Warren Rose is EXTREMELY unprofessional and a bad person altogether. The nurses will make you feel as if you're burdening them with your presence, even if being a nurse happens to be their job. Come to this clinic if you want to be mistreated, made to feel lesser than, and if you have 5 hours to spare waiting on the staff to get their catered lunch in order. Warren Rose is my grandfather, take it from me; you'd rather be seen at Sumner regional in Gallatin.

My wife, who is autistic, just came back from there in tears. These are not neuro-diverse friendly people. They have no patience or understanding. She came in to have a well visit and ask a few questions. The nurse was cold, snippy and short. She was told she could only ask two questions. On the paperwork it asked if you've had any suicidal thoughts. As with a lot of people with high functioning autism, those are thoughts she's had to deal with. They told her the only two options she had was for them to call a psychiatric ward or for her to drive her self to one. They refused to see her because of the liability. Wouldn't want to tarnish that 4 star rating. These are horrible monstrous people that lack any sort decency in their being. If you have anything outside of a cold stay far, far away from these soulless monsters.

We’ve lived in several states and locations and this is the most friendly and helpful staff we’ve ever worked with. They truely care about your health and wellness. Our family age from 5 months to 45 years old and they care about all of us.

Gibson is my 3 year old son. He fell and sliced his head on the sharp corner of our entertainment center so my husband had to rush to a close by urgent care. The closest place to where we live closed at 6, the accident happened at 545. They made it and he had to get stitches. Let me just explain how amazing the Westmoreland Family Clinic was. I was on my way home from work so I met Justin and Gibson there. He had a cupcake from the nurses and a balloon along with colors and paper. At this point it is 20 min past the time they are supposed to be home with their families. They stitched him up and as we were leaving they gave him suckers and a present to open. I was so emotional from everything that I just couldn't believe how amazing they were to him let alone that it was 6:40 when we were leaving and they were still loving on him . Thank you to the Dr and the amazing two ladies who were there tonight! I highly recommend them!
