Great service and prices. Vast availability on parts and rapid timing on ordering. Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Brought in Toro for maintenance. Was told 2 weeks,waited 5 weeks. Second battery still defect. Doesn't hold charge for starting . I need key ignition because I can't pull the cord. Self paced is not working right. Will not go back.

Terrible experience. For starters, they FORGOT to bring my NEW mower on the day they were picking up the broken one. And then it took a month to get the refund check, which I had to chase down with multiple calls and a visit to their establishment. Ridiculous way to run a business.
