My wife and I walked in with no appointment and we were immediately welcomed by the receptionist and Mike Stone who became our salesperson. Mike immediately got to know we were past customers with New Country Lexus of Westport. It was a very low pressure sales experience and Mike spent as much time as we needed or wanted taking test drives, showing us the cars in the showroom and lot and showed us our sales options including trade-in value. It was a very pleasant experience, very low pressure but still presented with all the information we would need to make a decision, we purchased, less than a week later. I would highly recommend New Country Lexus of Westport and Mike.

I want to start off by saying "Thank you". Because of the unprofessional service I received from you, I had no choice but to leave your dealership to return my lease at another location. It was worth me putting more miles on the car than dealing with your manager and sales associate, making me feel less than a valued customer from the time I walked in your door. I guess I did not look the part of someone who had leased and now returning one of your most sought-after vehicles. But no worries, after I left your dealership, I popped on over to DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich, and they took REALLY good care of me. If not for the way you treated me, I would have ended up paying twice as much for my over-mileage and not gotten a chance to meet these really nice ladies. Whom I suspect I will be doing more business with again. Life is funny, don't you think!

Stephen Robles is spectacular!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I were going to buy at Lexus in East Haven but after meeting with Stephen we switched to him immediately. He is so patient, easy going, informative and answers questions with ease until you’re made comfortable. He’s not a fast/quick/one answer reply kind of guy, he makes sure he answers your questions and encourages more if you have them. Benny for financing was professional! My husband and I feel so happy buying our GX from Stephen and it was a an EASY experience and I LOVE the car!!!!! Woohoo!!!!!!
