The day I moved in I was locked out of my house. I spent three hours waiting to only be told it would get fixed in the morning. After being there a couple weeks I smelled gas and it was discovered the water heater was leaking gas. DTE told turned off the gas to it and told me the water heater needed replaced. After some techs came out to look at it they told me it did not need replaced. They turned the gas back on themselves and never checked on it again. Soon after I started smelling gas again but brushed it off because the techs said that they had to order a special water heater, but it was going to be replaced. Finally I got fed up and put in a maintenance report because I could still smell gas. I put in the report that I could clearly smell gas and that it had been going on for two months total now. It took them 5 days to send someone out and guess what. It was still leaking gas. A few days after that an inspector came in to look at it and told me he was going to order more testing done to it. That was over two weeks ago. No one cares that my pets and I have been breathing in gas. No one cares that there's a neighbor dumping garbage in my yard. The ceiling fan in the living room looks like it's going to fall off the ceiling. The faucet in the kitchen is barely attached to the sink. There's probably more, but at this point I just want out of my lease and I cannot get a hold of anyone at the office. Rent from anyone but these guys

DO NOT RECOMMEND- cannot trust them with your money or time!! GARY HALL (manager) called me and requested that my cleaning company come out and clean for him. He agreed on my companies prices and sent us to do our first job for him. The motel that he sent us to clean was very dirty, looked as though the rooms hadn’t really been cleaned in months. Considering it was a public space he was NOT keeping his motel up to par with the health departments standards for covid19. My company had to spend 10 hours there cleaning (we have videos to prove this)- a week and a half later and he is openly refusing to pay my company what he owes us and insulting the job we did. This man scammed my company and Now we have to take him to court to get our payment. He is very unprofessional and untrustworthy! I would not give him your time or money.

Kendra the rental agent was very helpful and professional. Westshore also has alot of nice houses and apts for rent hopefully I can move in 1 soon. Thank You

I rented a 1 bedroom apartment in Roosevelt park apartments. My requests for move in were not completed, because they didn't have the time before my move in date. I requested new carpet after I had signed the lease. They said no and they lost it, like crazy person status. I was willing to work with them to have it replaced after talking to a 'manager'. They said 1000. So much for working together. I had 4 inspections during my one year of living there. They can't schedule a time for your individual inspection, and you have to be there if you have pets. Look forward to unpaid work days, and a waste of your time if you rent. No/horrible customer service or flexibly at all. So much for peace and quiet and quality of life. Maintenance was done on time, because they go through an outside company. Neighbors smoke in apartment and nothing is done about the complaints. Fleas are abundant outside the building. They wouldn't schedule a walk through to ensure the return of secuitry deposit. So, we'll see if I get that back. Overall, I'm not working with this property management company again.
