My fiance went in for a dress for a special occasion. She was pleased with the great service and the energy from all the staff. She said they followed protocols perfectly despite being busy during these troubling times. Everyone was great from the person at the front desk to the sales staff to the managers. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely great experience our second time visiting David’s Bridal. For brides looking to visit here definitely ask for Cristina, and visit during the week as opposed to the weekend. She was amazing! We really enjoyed our time with her and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. She was genuinely there to help us. Such a nice lady. Both of the managers were fantastic and super helpful especially the afternoon manager she was just the sweetest person! One thing that really stands out for me beyond everything is the flexible exchange policy. They allowed me to exchange my unworn/new original dress I bought from David’s bridal (with tags) for a different dress that I am absolutely in love with and can’t wait to wear on my wedding day! I would honestly recommend this store on that policy alone because if you’re like me and change your mind it’s just such a blessing to be able to exchange before your wedding day. Thank you so much to everyone!

Debbie was the best. Very personable and helpful. I found a dress that I saw at another store that I loved. After I tried it I tried nothing else after Debbie had picked a few pieces. She could clearly see this was the one and didn't pressure me to try on the other more expensive dresses. She found a great headpiece that complimented the dress and I was more than happy. I had visited a few David's Bridal in Massachusetts and New Hampshire but the ladies here were the best.

Huge location! Thanks for Doreen for helping me and my bridesmaids finish the dress shopping. Earlier in January time was ticking down and I made an appointment here to get the remainder of the bridesmaid dresses in coral reef. Doreen was extremely friendly and very helpful. We already knew what styles and color we needed so the girls tried on the sizes they wanted and the styles they were considering. The bridal consultant pulled all the necessary styles amidst the weekend chaos. I love the fitting room area in the Westwood location! It definitely seems much bigger than the Natick location we visited with better lighting. David's Bridal is not known for having the best return policy and both of my bridesmaids did not live particularly close to this location so the manager was very sweet and offered to ship it to them for FREE. Of course both of them spent over 100 so maybe that was the minimum cost since that's the constant promotion on the website too. Also the manager was nice enough to tell us that the average price estimated for a regular hem would be around 60 alone. She did not try to push this service on us. It seems like the rest of the estimates for alterations are proprietary and they were not willing to divulge. My bridesmaids ended up finding other local tailors to perform the alterations. Later on my FMIL also shopped here for a special occasion dress, but they didn't have a huge selection that was affordable. She tried on 13 dresses and ended up purchasing a couple but ended up choosing a dress from another shop for the actual wedding.
