Working with Homestead Disposal was a pleasure. Eric must have owner interest due due to his high level of customer service and communication. The Dumpster was promptly delivered and placed in the right location and wood was used to not damage the grass. When the it was picked up the driver took the time to clean up around it and even shoveled up a small pile at the door. As the driver left he beeped the horn and waved to my step daughter watching in the window. I've used several dumpster companies in my years but I will return to Homestead for all of my dumpster needs going forward and would highly recommend their services

Renting a dumpster from Homestead was easy and great. I had checked out a national dumpster search/locator service first on Google and they had quoted a low price but neglected to tell me that they had a 1 ton limit and larger tonnage would cost substantially more. I called Homestead after a friend in Real Estate recommended them. I spoke with both Eric and Greg who were partners at the firm and they were really helpful in figuring out what size dumpster we would need for our clean out project on our house as we were getting ready to sell it. They asked good questions and help me feel comfortable with the size dumpster they recommended. The delivery was excellent and on time - the driver Steve was able to maneuver the big truck and dumpster around our tricky circular driveway and put the dumpster right where we needed it. Two weeks later we requested another dumpster, and Steve once again made the replacement and takeaway a painless job. Finally another driver Nestor did a great job of quickly taking away the second dumpster. All in all, a great team - really personable, and really responsive and super professional. I would recommend them big time to anyone needing a remodeling dumpster or a cleanout/moving dumpster! Great guys and great service! Thx D McCarthy
