A great place to stop for thirty minutes and kids love it

They have great toys, books, puzzles, and wonderful programs run by terrific librarians!!
The best small library I have ever been to. They have brand new fiction, nonfiction, magazines, movies, computers, free secured wifi, printers, video games, and manga. I've never seen such an extensive manga collection! Windows everywhere. A green roof. About ten different kinds of reading or study seats, from central couches to tables by floor to ceiling windows to individual quiet cubbies. The bathrooms are clean and modern, and the parking is good if limited. The traffic circle out front is adorable and keeps wandering cars to a minimum.
I love the multitask feel of the public library. There is the traditional rows and rows of book shelves, but there is also a place for homework, for local artists to display artwork, to hang out with friends and have fun. The library is just a beautiful, amazing center of the town.
The library is really good. Great selection of books. Make sure you go to the one near the town hall instead of the one in Islington though... the one near the town hall is much bigger.
