We found this outlet at Allen premium shopping outlet when we were hungry. We took Chese Pretzels and surprisingly it was not cooked properly although it tastes good. From.iutside it was crunchy and tastes really good but from inside it just uncooked dough. But we did like the strawberry lemonade. Customer service was not as expected. We might be coming again.
shop is supposed to be open at 10:00 according to Google. There are no times listed on their doors, but the doors were locked and it was clear that they had no food prepared yet. I've seen this same complaint posted multiple times. When are they going to correctly post what times they open?
It's 11:20am on a busy holiday weekend and it's like they slept in. Doors are still locked she is still putting things up. Extremely unprofessional. Hours for this place is 11am-6pm on Sunday.
I love these pretzel bites! Customer service is great! I would say prices are a little high, but besides that it’s great!
