The quality of service is subpar for a Luxury dealership. Are ZERO stars an option?? My leased vehicle was ending on June 17, 2020. It was for this reason, We started the car shopping process. With that being said, we test drove a “certified used “ Maserati Ghibli at the dealership in Wexford earlier this June. Because of the size of the vehicle and my family needs we made multiple trips to the Maserati dealership. Tim Walsh our sales associate was fully aware of our concerns. Knowing our concerns, he offered us the opportunity to pay a REFUNDABLE deposit to TEST drive the car home. We were given a two hour turnaround time. We accepted the offer. We wanted to test drive the car for it’s comfort, size and accommodation for our family needs. We were going to move forward with the purchase until we were notified that additional repairs were needed. Since the repairs were greater then we were willing to accept for an already USED & CERTIFIED vehicle for the price. We requested refund since it was not going to be used toward the purchase. Mr. Tim Walsh assured us it would be credited back to our credit card. When we saw it was not posted as a credit to our account, I called Mr. Walsh who then told me there would be NO refund because they used the money to move forward with the repairs and certify the car which already said certified on the sales sticker. Not to mention, I have emails that clearly ask me how I would like to move forward with the repairs before the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. I DECLINED the purchase !! The “TEST DRIVE” offer was a complete bait and switch. Apparently, they need business so bad they are lying to make money.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and had a great car buying experience. My salesperson was excellent and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Great dealership!

Alex, the General Manager’s customer service is subpar. In that position you should never start addressing a customer by saying , “ First of all” as he addressed me. The timeframe of completing a warranty covered repair was not communicated to me. Upon asking Alex and Christine to accommodate me and just make it right they refused. I had to call and involve the police to get a somewhat satisfactory resolution. It never should have went that far. Being fair, Christine let me voice my concerns and just nodded her head while Alex went word for word with me. Lou refused to bend on the matter until I involved the police. The sad part is before i even bought my car, I was so impressed by the customer service of the older gentleman with the white hair, he is a salesman. He took almost an hour and fully educated me on the Levante truck which prompted me to buy one. I ended up buying my car out of state because I was given a better deal but the salesman’s handling of me at Pittsburgh was phenomenal. After how I was treated I would not take my son’s Maserati power wheel to be serviced at Pittsburgh

Absolutely without a doubt the worst car buying experience I've had. I purchased a used Audi S4 and the following week after I bought it, it was already undrivable and displaying warning lights on the dash. After four days of getting the run around they told me it was my problem and they weren't going to do anything about it. This is after I have a text message from the salesman Andrew Williams stating that they would pay to have it fixed. The general manager Lou was nothing but disrespectful, not returning phonecalls when he said he would and showing that he didn't care about the situation or a customer. If you want terrible customer service or to spend thousands of dollars days after purchasing a vehicle then you should definitely go here. I know I never will again.
