I will only bring my new F-150 truck to Shults Ford service department due to the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. I purchased a brand new f-150 from Shorkey Ford in August and it shook violently on the highway. I took it to their service department 4 times to have it fixed and they could not figure it out. I took it to Shults and the service manager Gary diagnosed the issue just by what I told him was happening. He got my truck fixed immediately and ended a 6 month head ache I've dealt with due to Shorkey. Gary was knowledgeable and great to work with. I look forward to only taking my vehicle to Shults Ford in the future.

Shults Ford South. Is where we dealt with Micheal McCleary and Bob. Both Gentleman have gone above and beyond their expectations. They didn't pressure us in to anything. And help with any questions whether they were dumb or not. And because of the experience I had k would recommend Shults Ford to everyone.
