Horrible costumer service. The stuff needs to be in other positions. Very very aggressive. Honestly, they have the worst customer service I have seen ever. The self-checkout service or machine it doesn't work properly. And the stuff they are not happy to help you. I regrets to renew the membership with this s***** store. My review is very serious and I wish you be careful.

Great place to save money, whether you are single or a big family. The only question is how much room do you have. Heck a case of paper towels or TT is a lot cheaper than Shaw's or Stop & Shop. I have a freezer and buy 5 lb packages of hamburger & chicken. When I get home I separate these into useful amounts, put them into freezer bags and freeze.

I’ve been a long time member of BJ’s and overall my experience has been positive, and would recommend the store for price savings and service. I did have one negative incident which was taken care of quickly. Customer service clerks are always knowledgeable and helpful, and cashiers are pleasant and respectful.

Not as big as some of the other nearby locations, but the Weymouth store has a nice layout. Veggies / produce are fresh. Meat and poultry quality are excellent (seafood is frozen). Dairy items are priced much lower than supermarkets. Dry goods in bulk is where you can save money. You will find most items in the same size as local supermarkets for less (of course a majority is in bulk packaging or multi-packs). Employees are constantly moving items, organizing and stocking shelves. Each visit employees are always pleasant and nice, happy to be there. Checkout lines can get very long at peak times as many people have shopping carts filled to capacity. If you plan on going weekly, evenings are best or first when they open. No liquor at this location ️. Stoughton has wine, beer and spirits and you can really save some money. Quincy has a gas station. Plymouth has it all, propane filling, gas station and home appliances in-store to name a few. *You must be a member to shop here (yearly membership fee). I do not visit the Quincy location often because people back-up check out lines just to find at the register you need a membership card.

Spacious and clean store. Vegetables are always fresh. The staff on the deli are very friendly and professional and always there to help make a decision.
