Ryan and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Competitive pricing and meticulous, clean work. We needed to replace our ancient hvac system and our job turned out to be way more difficult and had several challenges thanks to negligent former owners and their “creative” maintenance solutions. Nonetheless, everyone on the team was professional and upbeat throughout, even though they were working through the hottest part of the summer in our attic! They went above and beyond to make sure that all was perfect and we are so happy with our new system. Thanks to Ryan, Anthony, John, and everyone else on the team who worked so hard. Earlier this this month, I was in a major jam; my condo was 30, and my heater appeared to be broken. It was like living in an ice box! I called Ryan Walsh at Dependable Air Solutions; Ryan and his team were at my house with-in an hour, and my heater was fixed in less than 20 minutes. His price was unbeatable! I have to say these guys are the best! Ryan and his guys are true professionals. I have a couple of rental units in the south shore. One of my heating units went down a couple of weeks ago. With it being 20 degrees out I was not only concerned about my tenants, but also about pipes freezing. Ryan and his guys were on site within a half hour and had me back up and running within 20 minutes. And it didn’t break the bank! Professional, dependable, fast, and affordable. I will be using them from here on out! I highly recommend this company.
Ryan returned my call promptly and showed up to diagnose the problem the first day, unlike many of the other companies in the Braintree/Weymouth area who I called who never returned my call and we’re very unprofessional.
