I called this place ahead of time because I needed feeder insects for my baby reptiles and I needed a lot of them. The man I spoke with verified they had what I needed. I told him I needed a lot, and asked how many he had. He said he had thousands. Then I asked him if there was a limit on how many I could purchase. He told me no. So I took the long drive from my city to Weymouth just to make this bug purchase. When I get there and ask, they looked at me like I was crazy and said no way to my request and I got 1/8 of what I actually needed and spent triple what I usually spend at my normal pet store. (They are out of stock which is why I went here- desperation.) Complete waste of time and so much money. Their small dubia roaches, which are smaller than a pinky fingernail are .44 EACH. So I spent about 100 for 200 of them, which will feed my baby reptiles for under a week. Insane. I only gave this place 2 stars because the woman who helped me was nice (after the ignorant man who gave me wrong info looked at me like I was the problem.)

Pets world has an eclectic group of creatures. I stopped in for beta food, and they had a few different options, frozen and freeze dried bloodworms, pellets etc. Employees and owner were very personable and they definitely cared for all their animals. They had betas imported from over seas. Their colors were super vibrant and they all looked very unique. Also, they didn't have ghost shrimp and the owner offered to special order them for me. Would definitely shop there again and recommend friends and family. Also, feels good to support locally owned small businesses.
