We have been extremely pleased with our rented Culligan water filtration unit, the water tastes great! We receive a postcard letting us know when the filter needs to be changed, so we just make a call, and they send a service technician out to replace it. The staff is consistent, Matt is the service technician that we have dealt with. He is very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and very concerned with our satisfaction of the service. We had the alarm go off indicating that water had leaked. He came straight over and identified that it was in fact a leaky faucet, and not a leaky unit. Service and filter replacement are all included in the rental pricing. Great value for great tasting water and excellent service! My family and I would highly recommend Culligan!

Very happy with Culligan - they are always prompt and call ahead of time when delivering. Art is phenomenal and always goes out of his way for us. Front office is very professional and accommodating as well. We had another water delivery company that we were using through Costco and they were horrible! customer service was non-existent and they did not impress me at all. that is why I changed - best decision ever! Water is reverse-osmosis and is wonderful! Great company!!

Over the weekend we started having trouble with our water.. we had to shut off the softener. Monday morning we called the culligan office for service. Their earliest appointment was for Wednesday morning. Three hours later we received a call from the technician. He was wondering if he could come out on Tuesday morning instead of Wednesday. Of course my answer was yes. He called in the morning prior to arrival. Arrived on the time. The Technician was Courteous and respectful of my home. He removed the defective unit and connected the new unit... all in about 2 hours and everything was back to normal. Amazing. We appreciated the quick response to our call for service. We have had culligan units in our home for 30 years. Would definitely recommend Culligan water treatments to my friends.

My Culligan service is excellent. My deliveryman, Art, is very reliable, always checks with me prior to coming, and carries the heavy water bottles up the stairs to my second floor office. I am very satisfied with the quality of the water and the service I am provided.
