4.5 days I ordered a certified copy of birth certificate from their vital records department for my passport and I'm in a huge time crunch! I got it in 4 days and am beyond impressed! Couldn't be happier, it was a pleasure talking to them on the phone and working with them!

How can you rate them higher than at \1\. There are vaccination if you live in any other county downstate. The people are here, but only in Illinois do they send them to where the people are not at. The Governor of this state want us locked down and being tested so he can make money!
There health department is a joke. They do not take there patients serious. I called there crisis line 10 times because I felt Suicidal and nobody answered and when they did I was hung up on.
I needed to get copies of my children's birth cirtificates but due to \COVID-19\ I couldn't get them which delays me on getting child support. If you can have indoor dining and sports and grocery stores open you can have your offices open too. I don't trust doing online payments this day and age so thanks for not being there to help those who need it to help make ends meet
