Tanya, the manager is great. She is very helpful and trustworthy. I use this as a \shared\ branch. I suggest looking at your receipts before you leave to make sure that everything is correct.

Awesome financial institution! I refinanced my home loan here, and secured a rock-bottom percentage rate. Applying for the new mortgage was very simple, online, and straight-forward with no surprises. The process, rates and terms were EXACTLY as promised. The Wheaton location is very convenient, the parking lot is large, drive-thru easily accessible and the staff is VERY helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sadly, I've moved out of state and will soon close my remaining accounts with them. Thanks for the great service!

I've been a customer for 14 years, and have always had great service. Everyone I have ever spoken with at any location has always gone the extra mile to be sure I had all the information I needed. They work hard to accommodate. DuPage Credit Union came very highly recommended to me in the first place! Now, having just taken out a new HELOC loan, I'm glad to be highly able to recommend them to anyone in the area!

Closed way too often, but still a good bank.

I was very disappointed last Friday when i wasted 45 minutes in traffic to get to this bank 15 minutes before the drive thru closed only to find out their employees had closed down early. Put me in a real bind and wasted my time.
