This is a great place to Live! Only two blocks from downtown Wheaton. Walking distance to restaurants, local banks, church, train station and more. We selected this place for the updated two bedroom apartment, amenities and the view. Marisa Pope and Daniel were terrific through our entire moving process. Always available and willing to help. Thank you to the Renew team for making our decision feel great!

Location is great. Management staff horrible they have no right to be called managers since they are unresponsive, unresourceful, and lack any personal empathy. My apartment has been having the toilet overfill since January from other tenants putting item in the toilet that are not disposable. At first it was a puddle, but still disgusting. Who wants to come home to an apartment they are spend 1,400 to find a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom. Well to make matters worse it began overflowing with even more water which then leaks into the closet and rug in the bedroom. You can literally feel the dampness through your socks when you step on the rug. Disgusting! Not to mention to of my larger bags were on the ground and got wet and moldy and are now ruined and one was pure leather bag, which probably costs me 300 when purchased. Maintenance has now had to come twice to my apt to tear the foam under the carpet due to chance of mold and put industrial fans blowing on the main carpet for 3 days non stop. I have contacted the call center twice they apologize and told me some one and management would speak with me. I have called the leasing center twice asking someone to speak with me. No response. I even left a voicemail asking them to email me their availability in order to make it more convenient for them. No apology, no empathy, no compensation, if this continues will have to consult a lawyer.
Moved in a year ago and absolutely love my Apartment and am happy to call this place home. No place is perfect but The good far outweighs the bad and I appreciate the Property Manager who takes pride in what he does and an amazing maintenance staff who are always readily responsive and take great care of this property! Mike you’re amazing and Thank you for taking the time to complete my repairs. Two thumbs up!
I'm ashamed to tell people i live here. i've had so many maitnence issues CONSISTANTLY, the walls are a joke, my car was towed due to a fault on their end & due to COVID I couldn't try & fight for myself & was dismissed rudely by a manager a coupke times. they do not care about their tenants, they care if people THINK they're good or not. Sadly I fell for the front & am paying GREATLY.
Taken same day after doors open ALL day.. not allowed to turn on the A/C.
