I had my second visit today with Dr. Papagiannopoulos and he is awesome and so was his medical assistant. He just smiles and talks and makes it so comfortable for a not so comfortable procedure. I am so happy I was referred to Uropartners. So far, it has been a very great experience. Keep up the great work!!

What A joke!! try calling to talk to anyone takes days for them to return your call. they are more concerned about getting there money. they got my payment deposited the checks 3 weeks before I got a letter from collections department . only after I faxed them a copy of the check from my bank showing they deposited it did they OK we will fix this on there end,. Not even a Sorry we made a mistake. Great Dr. but the administration sucks won't be returning

These folks do not have their acts together. After being on hold for quite some time, I was informed that they don't accept Medishare for payment..... and then after being on hold for a while longer, I was informed that they don't accept cash! Maybe they have too many patients. #Avoid

this place is a mess. I felt like I was just a number to them. I think the used car lot sales men our more professional then this place. Oh and the best is they give you a number to call post procedure and tell you call if anything miss bothering you. GOOD LUCK GETTING IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE.....
