Had Pretty bad experience as the station was close-knit the evening. It was 21 degrees and I couldn't find a place to wait for half an hour until the train arrived at the station. Staff should consider opening it to the public in the evenings especially during winters. Announcements were accurate and informative about the train arrivals.

Closed due to a fire a few months back. There are some outdoor pods to wait in. No ticket booths so you should buy with cash on board. Hopefully the station will be back soon! It looks very pretty inside.
Nice Metra train station. The NORTH side of the tracks is the side that heads towards downtown Chicago. The SOUTH side of the tracks are trains leaving from Chicago.
The station is completely filthy. A nearby housing assistance building increases the occurrence of loitering and litter beyond control during the colder months. The coffee shop business inside is ran by an outstanding family. I hope metra and the Wheaton police find a solution to the issues
Railfaners paradise! Trains come on average 1 passenger per 15 20 mins, freight every half hour! Plenty of places to sit and watch along the tracks.
I it the staff is very pleasant, but now they are still working on the station.
